6808.500 Complexity
Longley Meadows Habitat Project is located on the Grande Ronde River and at the 80 percent design phase. The design for this project is being led by the region's River Systems Restoration team. The project should enter into construction in 2020. Longley Meadows is the second part of the Bird Track Springs Project. Due to budget and other complexity it has been created as a separate project. Construction will likely include: placement of large woody material, diversification of channel units, alteration of width to depth ratio, floodplain enhancements, and riparian planting. The project will likely be broken into two or three phases for construction.
